Power Saw Operators Course:

This course will educate students on proper operation and safety procedures while working with, on and around saws.

The following procedures will be covered off to each of the certified power saw operators:

•	Mechanics of a saw
•	Mandatory PPE
•	Identifying Safety Hazards
•	Maintenance of a saw
•	Proper Saw Handling and Operation

Presentation: 1/2 day - Lectures, classroom and field exercises

S - 100 Basic Fire Suppression
S - 185 Fire Entrapment
S - 100 Re Certification
